Um... we weren't talking about the unmasked BH anymore, but...
One of the recent comic packs included Beachhead and Dataframe (renamed Mainframe). The BH figure came with interchangeable heads; one with his trademark skimask and other unmasked. The unmasked head doesn't look like the BH face we have seen in the Sunbow TV series or the Reloaded comic book; the toy face included a mustache.

About my question:
This doesn't include the 80s dog (read well this hint). That can't be confirmed seeing the accesories, but you must read the Filecard.
