I couldn't find how many Nightmare killed but in the story Tracker about 6 people at least

The four successful ones: Hawk, :scarlett: , :afstalker: and :snakeeyes: .

The nine others: :breaker2: , Clutch, :flash: , Grand Slam, :grunt: (Grunt), :tonup: (Rock'N'Roll), Short-Fuze, Steeler ( :steeler: ?) and Zap.

Oh, and General :flagg: (he was technically a Joe, just like Hawk after becoming general)

I think you are referring to General Flagg or Austin at the end there but you were the first right answer

I was referring to Flagg. I think AF :flagg: is his direct counterpart ( :flagg: looks like the TV version of the general and has the name). For me, Austin was not a Joe, because he wasn't so supportive to the team as Flagg.
