just back from the cinema and gotta say i really enjoyed the movie, so did the kid.
couple of dodgy bits and the ending with CC and Destro felt a bit rushed but otherwise a damn good action movie

It's fun..

But just like the last Brosnan Bond film, I came out of the film feeling a tad disapointed, a bit like bad hangover after a good night out..fun @ the time, but sort of regret it the morning after.

Don't let me put you off it...
More news, as its made, from new Action Force!

I thought the film was great I loved seeing the Cobra Gunship in action and Arnold Vosloo as Zartan was good. I noticed either the book was different or a scene was deleted. At the UN conference Cover Girl and Zartan bump into each other she cold shoulders him and he says they will meet again which happens in the attack on the Pit.

they also cut the bit from the Super Bowl trailer where Hawk talks to Destro, who asks 'Whut did yoo say yoor yoonit was called?' and Hawk replies that he didn't.

they also cut Hawk's 'Make the call' line which was in several ads...

and the Baroness' sneer of 'Real American Heroes' from the Paris pursuit...

movies often get trimmed...

Finally got to see the film last weekend. I liked it. Although the last half an hour was basically the set up for the sequel. Let's hope the second one gets green lighted.
