Absolutely inspired to cast them in wave one AF gear. Genius.

Thanks everybody .. I looked up photo reference of U.S Marine Generals Sundance (it's meant to be 1978 or 79 ) so wasn't sure whether or not they'd wearing that type of camo back then .. but seeing as it's a A.F mission in the South Pole that outfit fit the bill so I went with that uniform colour scheme .. As for using Wave 1 AF Gear seemed right thing to do as it's early days in Action Force History and really there could be many spin offs from the events told in this story involving the first wave figures and why they were later replaced by Z force,SAS Force(Although I imagine they were operational too around this era seeing s there are SAS Figures in 82)Q Force and Space Force eventually .. that's the basis of story I have planned as a 6 part mini series dealing with The Barons rise in the 70's and the formation of A.F

Thanks Matey , Next weeks only three pages but they took a while from what I remember..I love this story Apocalypse Now in the snow .. Ken Owen A good script writer bit of a telegrapher but with 3 to 4 pages a week you want to provide as much story as possible (wonder what happened to him)

I like to think that officially it's Action Forces first mission against the Baron (but Unofficially not ie the story I'm working on which takes place about 4 years prior to these events ,anythings possible in clandestine warfare.. You'll see what I mean when I produce a few pages soon)

Action Force's firts encounter with The Baron, yes. But who's to say they didn't have other enemies at this time?

Probably this encounter was the one that made the U.N. to expand the original small scale force into the larger specialist forces like & the rest, to better counter the & threat ?

Well The Shads would of certainly clashed with South American Forces as well as perhaps Soviets in Afghanistan (Baron had interests there from reading File on the Baron) You've nail on the head Baron and Thundershot ..Action Force would certainly be a reaction to this new threat , There must of been a team prior to Action Force that gathered Information about The Baron , that's what I'm writing about in my story ...not officially Action Force but the seeds that will become AF(Don't want to give too much away right now) I see Shepherd been part of V1 Action Force so following these events there would be a few more battles between V1 Action Force and The Baron as V2 were been assembled .
