Clearly a ruse, some crafty step towards a diabolical masterplan.

This is the first I have seen of these and I really like them;

looks great! I really think the Shadows look much better in the flesh, so to speak, as does the Staff Car (really digging that bonnet). I agree this is a great day for Action Force, and something I never thought we would ever see. The Shads set was BIG, but everything else on top of that is just mind blowing. I think the Joe Club has done us proud.
Although I was expecting a

logo when I first saw that bunker

.

That staff car HAS to be homage to Andy.

This is great!
I'm surprised that Z force got another bike rather than, say, the Awe Striker, but glad it wasn't the ram because we've had that already. The figures I like - surprised they went for 3 characters rather than 2 characters and a generic army builder.
My take on the Q Force figures after some reflection is that the new additions are an offshoot of Q Force as the Royal Marines are of the Navy; the stealthier section that operates closer to land. In fact SBS in particular might be a better comparison, neatly a kind of cousin to the SAS toy range.
The original Q Force was excellent, all straight limbed figures, distinctively Palitoy. I bet it crossed their minds to use the original livery here too, so I don't think they intended to disrespect the line at all, but I'm glad they went for originality.
But the Shad Staff Car is my favourite - something they could only have given to the Shadows and for me really shows that they tried to take in the history and outlandish style of the Enemy line.
