patience and luck. there were several joenimo incidents, even with figure stands. took over an hour to get the 38 joes set up. Scarlett was one of the hardest as she seems to have a loose o-ring, whilst Airtight has loose knees. he, like Grunt, is actually propped on the Skystriker.
