Regarding onetofewdaysactions
He ships fast but sometimes he sales crap items.
I have at one time bought 2 vintage star wars moc's from him. 1 Boba fett Return of the jedi MOC and 1 Ben kenobi moc. Bought MOC's had a big X written with a pencil on the cardback. You could not spot in on in the picture. Dam I was mad.
But I have to add that He at one point soled me 2 nice Japanese MOC in MINT condition.
So onetofewdaysactions are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you get.
Shaun is on the move again:

I should have described. In short - I auctioned off a legit early bird double telescoping luke and onetofivedayauctions won the auction. Got paid via paypal, I mailed it off (failed to track the package - my mistake) and that was that... Then I hear from Shaun and he tells me he never got the package. Ebay ruled that I had to pay him back. 2 weeks later Onetofivedayauctions has my luke (100% positive) up for a buy it now auction. WTF! I confront Shaun via phone and e-mail and he admits that the luke was mine, but now refuses to pay me!!!
Unbelievable. I'm not a forum member on RS, but someone should inform the poster that this is a prosecutable criminal offence. If he has a written confession that Shaun has committed intentional fraud, then he should inform the police, not just ebay.

I'm starting to think it may be wise, on real high value deals, for sellers to start sending buyers photographic evidence of the condition a parcel was in before dispatch, & for the buyers to send photo's to the seller, showing what condition the parcel arrived in..well that's if they show up @ all, obviously :-D

What's the figure worth?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I think that one sold for $250.

Onetofivedaysauctions is complete scum, there have been countless examples of him ripping people off or conning them yet he has never been kicked off ebay (that says a lot for their so called safety policies). Avoid at all costs.

So, the seller must have his address if he posted the figure to him... I think I know what I'd do.

I guess you all know this guy as sf1378 or RedJackal2 in here but here are all his "aliases" on Ebay:

I have done a succesfull trade with him back in September but on our latest deal he is now being very very unpleasant. Quite strange considering that I am buying stuff from him but apparently this is quite common with this guy when searching trough treads in here.

Ps: the sf is for Stanley Fernando ;-)

He actually mailed me the other day asking if he had sold certain figures to me last year and then asked if I could help him with an estimate on the refund for those figures to his latest "victim" who actually scored a real bargain by buying his remaining figures for around £170 which is ½ price of his original listing on Ebay. The buyer will probably end up paying around £130 for a shitload of C9-C9,5 figures from the late 80´s and early 90´s but if I know SF he will charge around £50 for shipping, that little -bastard.
