Speccy got in first, yup its Tracker. I just used it to hold the Lifeline parts together for you. I had just as much trouble trying to work it out too

I have to admit its a bit of fun trying to figure some of these things out. Speaking of which did you work out who those Mego type guys were?

that's what I was thinking (this was before the 1992 Eel with missile firing robo-shark- that plugged into the back)

There isnt much similarity between the guy in the strip and the V2 Eel, other than the backpack......

my guess is it's an Eel II based on either a protype design, or with the typical 'artistic interpertation' that sometimes befell stuff, like the Rattlers in the early strip featuring Zartan, where their rear engine went vertical and the wings didn't tilt, only the engine pods. (think it's the 'Beached Whale' story)
