I just realised - if we allow for revoting then we may as well have the poll running the entire time, I'll just add another poll option for each new submission. I'll close the poll at midnight on the 30th of June.

Strangely we have six submissions but only four votes... at least we know people aren't voting for themselves!

You know, I'm wondering if "custom of the month" need apply to customs CREATED within that month, I'm thinking why not just open it up to any customs submitted to the poll that month?

um yeah i guess, but i personally like the idea of it being new work coz it just makes it feel more fresh & i feel people will vote more freely, as opposed to seeing something they have seen before & grown to love & voting for it, see my point?
as far as voting goes, next month can we do fixed vote last week?

Fair enough, we certainly get enough submissions per month to make it happen.

I admit I prefer re-voting, it means that everything is fluid right until the end. If we do it as a fixed vote for the last week of the month, what happens to customs submitted during that week? Both ways have their flaws, how about making the poll for one day only at the end of each month?

just a thought but perhaps there should be a date that you have to enter by and then after that date the voting can begin, as otherwise say i or someone else voted on something now and then somebody else posted an even better custom you wouldn't be able to vote for it ...
