If Boffin had an uzi he would resemble Baron Ironblood ?

Seeing as this message is for the attention of the Black Major, this has to be an enemy Mobile Missile system ?

Or is this MMS the enemys target ? .... which brings us full circle back to Special weapons Force and the Boffin with a remote control ! ..... for the MMS !
