Hi Sqauddie,
Yeah, if you press the sellotape onto the hair & use it just like them sticky roller things for removing lint & loose animal hair off furniture or clothing...I've never tried the pen knife thing, but I guess if you use the bunt edge of the blade it would be O.K., personally I just my use thumb nail to rub the dust away from the Action mans scalp, the glue Palitoy used is really robust & can take quite a hammering.

The book's called:
Action Man, The real story 1966-1996.
Written by a guy called Kevin King & published by Cairo Cafe Publications.

The ISBN number is 0-9538870-0-6
I picked my copy up @ a toy fair, but I dare say you can obtain it from Amazon or ebay, hope this info helps.

It's worth the original retail price, as the book covers all of the vintage Palitoy stuff, some of the early modern Hasbro AM range as well as Pediree's Tommy Gunn Range & a section that covers the large vehicles produced by Cherilea...but I'd never fork out £50 for it.

Hi.Squaddie..
just had a quick look, my copy has a r.r.p of £18.99...that was back in 2000, but I believe it was a low production run & is rare to find now...so your paid a good price, especially compared to what Amazon are asking for a 2nd hand copy
