I've got the 4 single GIJoe Keychain figures- they were sold to me for $6 each many years ago & I've only taken them out of their boxes once.

I think this set is some sort of bootleg, manufactured by Fun4All. Despite the quality, which is really sh*tty shite, it's cool to have. The soldier is indeed an M.P.

Thundershot isn't the guy on the left the 30th Annivesary version with the matt finish?
