I am 99% certain it's just a slight color varaition. I have one that is similar to that myself (in rotton shape but still).

I think he looks cool, Jimbob, but I see what you mean about him not fitting in; one solution I suppose is to hunt down some more orange BATS and build a squad of those next .

Could it be discolouration?
