Best advice I had was to have lots of real examples ready of things that have gone well in the past and where you have made a difference.

The best of luck man!

Easier said than done, but there is absolutely no need to be nervous, just be yourself. They dealt with you before, so they already know you. If being yourself doesn't work during the interview, in the end you wouldn't have fit in the company anyway.

What TKW says is really important: have examples ready! This is a question I ask in any interview. Stay realistic, but don't be modest.

Never talk negative about previous employers, communicate directly, prepare yourself.

Absolutely have your examples ready. Loads of companies go in for that Performance based Competency sh*t nowadays.
