My team are pretty much the same at work always saying things behind each others backs I try to stay out of it.

Clearly you are wanted, but perhaps you should take a leaf out of The Baron's or Bond Villains book and have a large chair and when they come to you with their moans and complaints you can spin round and calmly say this organisation does not tolerate infighting. Then two large goons can drag them off to a torture of your choosing.

I find it works where I am. That and the brandishing of a rifle while quietly talking to it "Soon my Clementine........"

I know how you feel, Ed. Even when my world was crumbling I still couldn't get away from whingers. Luckily my new work is so laid back its scary. But I 100% agree, this is a haven where we can go and play with toys and not give a sh*t about the rest of the worlds issues. Who gives a sh*t anyway?

Mind you there are a few here doing it tough, but that's a far cry from being a whinger.
