I'm afraid I don't have a copy of the playset myself, I inherited those scans from Action Force Online.
Please could you confirm the incorrect dimensions for me?
Best thing I can suggest for the missing pieces is posting a wants list in the Trade section. Another tip is to keep an eye on ebay uk in case they crop up in a UK-only auction. If the seller refuses to ship to the US many of us here have acted as go-betweens in the past.

Possibly, although I'm still keen to do a figure if possible.

I'm currently working on several mid sized playsets, that can be downloaded and printed. We are looking at some kits, like for the H.Q. sets we produced for the club, but we're still working out how to make it afordable for most collectors. I'm in the process of refurbishing The Classic Warren Transformers Command Center as well, then it's template could be used for all kinds of sets. (I am looking for a few scans though), so if anyone has access to the original mail away Transformers S.T.A.R.S. command center I could use it.
And if anyone has access to the milton Bradley StarBird command base I have Big Plans for Action Force with it's scans!

G'day mate, and welcome. Nice job there. Look forward to more. I'd dreamed of mocking up Ground Zero, Baron. Imagine the size.....

On the size difference that I was talking about earlier, check out the pics in the zip file, the quartermaster pic that goes on the other side should be the same size as it's companion piece, but it's smaller. (I'll have to go check it myself later, but I fixed mine using some software. I'll take your advice about looking on ebay u.k., but I mainly just need the plastic parts now to reproduce).
The starbird scan is for another Action Force Projects (Yes, the space force so, if anyone has those scans forward them my way).

Samsallspark, hi!
I have all 3 of the original cardboard Death Star bases (as you can guess, I like them a lot

) and it is great to see this base done over for Cobra and GI Joe Adventure Team (and later Red Shadows! Cool!)
I don't have a lot of time these days, but if you need any info about the bases (size etc), I will be happy to help you out.
About the plastic pieces... an example of thr connector and the gun should be relatively easy to get:
The small connectors are exactly the same as the ones for the Action Force HQ -just a different color (Death Star - black; Action Forc HQ - brown).
The 2 top guns are exactly the same as the guns on the original X-Wing fighter.
I think only the gunner seat and canopy molds are exclusive to this set.
May I ask, how can one obtain one of the Cobra and GI Joe bases done by you? I would really like to get one of each (if that's possilbe) -They sound like a lot of fun!
Baron, if you need any pics of the Death Star base for the site, let me know.
Also, tackling ground zero would be cool as heck!!!!

I'm OK thanks, Aire. Don't tell me you collect Star Wars as well now!
