 So Wasn't the only Kid who did that then

Oh man, did I used to love the section where they had to ride over a couple V.W. Beetles parked end to end.

All the other kids I went to school with had the Spectrum, so I couldn't swap the :. dodgy copies with 'em...witch was a good thing when the Police turned up @ one boys house to have a "chat" with him & his parents about the legality of games piracy

I had a Spectrum 48+ (plus what? I never found out). I think its still in my parents loft along with about a hundred copies of 'Sinclair User' magazine (which pissed all over 'Your Sinclair' btw). I'll dig it out in a few days and see if it still fires up.

Poor buggers. We had quite an Atari following in my home town and distribution at school and with mates was rife, to find legal software tho, it was off to the big smoke. Many a night peeking and poking was spent.

We laughed at the poor performance of C64 owners. How long to load a disk? You have to type what to load a tape? Heh. Commodore vs Atari, the good ole days.

We had an Atari Basic. The game we were most fond of was Boulder Dash 3 because we could custom-make the stages.

BD3 was awesome, DA. I played that one to death and you could make your own levels that were impossible to win.
