width = my head
length = my head
height = my head
apart from the chin and the fact there isnt a hole it would fit me nicely...

Mmm - perhaps some sort of latex casting where the neck bit is stretchy, to fit over the head? Or saw it in half, and put some sort of clips on to piece the two parts together around your head?

yup (with a bump for the chin) - if as steve says it was properly hollowed out and had some kind of latex bottom half to it. but if it had latex wed be talking about a whole different type of mask...
