Yes, they were South American.
My kingdom for a horse, sorry will get back on track and start posting worthwhile stuff soon. Are you going for all international variants Eddie? I still think Battle Corps would look nice

I'd not read this thread as I generally have no interest in Joe's, never mind foreign ones (other than, obviously our beloved AF, which our friends across the pond in the slightly snowy US would consider 'Foreign Joes') I'd not read this thread. But as I just clicked on and caught up these last few posts literally made me spray a bit of my Coke onto my PC monitor! BFTB Gold!

I'd always wanted to get those figures but the price was far out of my range,It's possible in the future that we might get at least half or even all of them released in 3 3/4 form.

I would say over spending the money on these guys, make your own or have someone make them for you. You can find the parts cheaper and they are of better quailty than the South American figures to boot. Popmetal comes to mind when I think of the plastic of South American figures. If any of you have any Slaughters Marauders figures you know what I mean about quailty, as they were made in South America. I can remember my SM Spirit breaking right out of the package, which I never had happen with any figure up intil that point in my childhood. It took me 5 more to get one that didn't brake right off card

. Then they still don't fare well over time.
One thing that makes these South American figures go for really high prices is that fact that many didn't fair childhood in the first place and there were fewer to go around. That is what a friend in Argentina told me and even the ones he has from his childhood are not in the best of shape.
