It's well worth investing in early entry tickets..I queued for ages, & walked what seemed miles, just to end up back where I'd started thanks to the security staff. Next time I'll book in advance, do group bookings get in any cheaper?

i'd go for the early tickets, your not really queuing for long, with the added bonus that the can do a quick tour and snag yourself some bargains before the onslaught.

Thanks to my girlfriend splitting up with me every time I do something she doesn't like I will have to find somewhere to stay and for less time than I was going to come over for. So if anyone knows of a cheap place I can book soon near the NEC if possible please let me know. I was going to be over for the 19th -31st March but hotels are too expensive for me to stay that long.

i wouldn't be putting up with that ironblood, anyway try the innkeepers lodge sheldon very cheap, they do a three nights for two offer and it's cheap grub too which isn't half bad. We can always give you a lift to the show from the hotel.

Thanks eddie I will see what happens but put it this way I have to pay for flights on my next payday before they go up so need to know where I stand before then. Is Sheldon far from the airport?

I just checked their site for 3 nights it will be £79.90 better than £719 for 12 nights I put in first while searching.

That's good so if I don't get any sense of resolution I will need to book there on payday well it looks like January 2010 is going to pretty expensive for me oh well.

Money may not buy you happiness...but at least it helps you spend your misery in comfort.
