The bald, one-eyed swordsman was Blade (the figure is driving a Terrordactyl aircraft on my Evil Warriors pic, but I don't have his swords). He was created for the movie because Tri-Klops (a three-eyed swordsman, looks like a cyclops in front view) was very difficult to make in live action. However, after the movie, Blade was released as his own figure and appeared in some MOTU comics. Besides, Blade and Tri-Klops have been defined each as a character of his own: Tri-Klops is a calm warrior and even the Evil Warriors' scientist and inventor, while Blade is brutal and has an undefined grudge against He-Man (I guess that's a thing like "I want to be the best" or something like that).

New acquisitions here!
I got Rio Blast (Heroic Warriors) and Castaspella ("great" rebellion) in Santiago.

WEAPONS PACK ACQUIRED!
The day before yesterday I found a Cliff Climber at Victoria. Here's Stratos wearing it (sorry guys, with the thrill of the moment I forgot for some seconds what we had talked about MISBs... and you can see it isn't MISB anymore  ).

Well, technically Castaspella is from the spin-off toyline Princess of Power, but the PoP charas are just more females to put among the MOTU figures (save for Bow, the only PoP male).
But obviously I know the doubt is mainly for Rio Blast. Yeah, he is a MOTU guy, but tends to look out of place due to being a cowboy-styled guy among the medieval-styled collection. He appears in some comic-books and mini-comics, and has been shown to be fond of cooking chili and be afraid of snakes (and guess which villain team he faces on the story where that's told). He also seems prone to argue with Snout Spout.
