Sorry been busy struggling with some customs. I select the Avatar I want from the gallery and then this happens after pressing submit:

Can't upload pics. Using IE8. The new progress pop-up appears, main page goes blank, the upload progress bar whirrs on like a demented KITT (or should that be KARR?)

What size is the file? It may be too big.
