my drinking has probably added to the condition, ive got a sh*t diet & dont drink enough fluids during the day & it all adds up!
not sure if moving back to london will be better for me or worse, to be honest i wish we were moving somewhere outside of london.

Hope you get better soon Ross. My grandfather had to pass his stones back in the 90s, NHS wouldn't operate.

take it steady ross, thats not nice at all mate, fingers crossed for a speedy recovery.

got some sleep today so fel a bit better but still no improvement!
might have to cancel my gig on friday.

may be wise mate, just take ya meds and im sure you should be better soon....not that im a doc or anything

If it makes you feel better I woke up this morning with my right knee giving me some serious pain. I can't bend it properly, run on it or even walk straight and whats worse is I haven't done anything to it. Can age be catching me up already?

I am one of the younger ones so only 30, yeah I know what you are thinking, but ODB how do you keep your good looks and youthful attitude?
