Blood for the Baron!

i broke one of my front teeth a couple of weeks ago.
looked pretty cool like a vampire fang but was sore as hell. also kept catching the inside of my mouth which wasnt cool.
not a penny to my name so had to go to the school of dentistry, i also have a fear of dentists.
was warned beforehand that it might be a student workin on it but was lucky enough to get the main teacher.
about half way through the dentist looked at her wee helper and asked what the student on the other side of the room was doing. he was workin on some poor sod with a drill and the teacher started panickin-"whys he usin a drill" "oh no, no, no".
asked me if i would mind if she investigated and she pretty much blew her lid at the student. he had totally f*cked up the guys teeth. thank Jeezus he got nowhere near me

Never had problems when it comes to visiting the dentist, love the chair they use, not only do I find very comfortable but it always makes me think I'm about to pilot Thunderbird 1

Maybe I'm a bit of a masochist as I dont even have any trouble with the drill thing they use to clean your teeth with, it sort of tickles...& my dentist has started to use that cleaning powder stuff in pineapple flavour!

Even the pink mouth wash stuff I find pleasant...

Tis but a flesh wound.

Strangely we were talking about injuries to hands from knives at work today. Did you know that the flap of skin that sits between your thumb and palm/hand is hollow. How do I know, I accidentally slit it open at school once, thats how.

Bizarrely I've been to the dentists this afternoon! Don't mind it these days - it helps that mine seems to adopt a policy of hiring very fit dental nurses. Only pain today was to my wallet!

i've never had a problem with going to the dentist. i just hate the pain of the injection when they give you a local for a filling. my current dentist is a fit redheaded Scots lass. shame she's on maternity leave atm...

Otherwise you would give her a filling? My last dentist had a little cute assistant with pigtails.

well, i wouldn't mind giving her 'a filling' as you put it, but i was meaning more that as she's on leave, i won't see her again for a check-up til at least December...

I used to go to an Indian dentist in Nottingham. On my first visist there I was sat on the waiting room flipping through some flyers, one of which was a history of the practice. It transpired that my new dentist had travelled throughout the known world in search of knowledge of the healing arts, and that she had developed a soothing technique to calm nervous patients. This is no word of a lie. I'm not crazy about the dentist, I go because I know I have to, but I'm not fond of it and I try not to tense up and hope it'll all be over soon. Anyway, I went in to the theatre, sat back in the chair, got lowered into position and... she leaned forward and placed her tits on my head. Worked like a charm.
