Oh, I'm not criticising for asking the price, because, as has been said - it's one of them once in a lifetime things - good luck to him!
Crazy thing is, if I totted up what I've spent on my collection in the past 5years I'd likely scare myself. There's not only the af, loose and moc, but my 1/18th scale cars collection, dukes collection, clash of titans, chips, battlestar gallactica, black hole, buck rogers, terrahawks, flash Gordon, battle of the planets, star wars, etc. Good lord I've got some crap!!!

if this is the same carded collection that was up before at £25K, that wasn't every figure. it was about 15 or 16 at most.

its taken a lot of TIME and MONEY to amass that collection.
was having a day dream last night that I won the lottery and was trying to track down the seller of those to see if he still had them... is it a sign i might win next week? no.

it's only money, although i can picture in 30 years BFTB members on the antiques roadshow, so it is a good investment really.

I remember some people have gone on with Star Wars figures eddie they were told if kept unopened they would be worth a lot more.

it's difficult to see it now as we already know what these toys are roughly worth, keeping the toys in clean nice condition without paint damage and complete will also effect the price in the future, a market of course no one can predict.
