Or a Whirlwind canon in a W.W.2 style gun emplacement...using old wooded ice lolly sticks for Duck boarding on the floor, Lots of sand bags supporting the trench walls.

:oops: My spelling, Split trails...the long bits that are @ the back of field guns, the bit that normally fold together to form a towing arm & have spades on the end that help to counter-act recoil
