I had a guy in france not receive his a-team figures recently but no dispute as I just refunded to avoid the possible negative too...

I offered tracking but people go for the cheaper risky option, first parcel to ever go missing too.

you could force them to haev the tracking? overseas is usually the risk free option for me as ive had more go missing in this country until lately..

Your right there, if you knock up the postage though ,you run the risk of less bids.
I only tend to charge the cost of the postage as i can source the packing materials for free.
As far as I`m concerned though if you don`t take the safer option, be it on your own head if it goes missing.
I only send recorded in the U.K to combat the claim culture except if I`m sending out freebies.

It seems parcels to France go missing more often than other countries. I heard the same stories from people from Belgium and The Netherlands shipping to France. Is it the mail system or is it the receiver trying to pull a leg? Shipping abroad I prefer doing with tracking & tracing. It's more expensive, but since eBay is f*cking up sellers nowdays you are forced to do so.

If I have one single bad experience with somebody, either as a seller or a bidder, I block them.

Be Very Careful of this guy. I sold to him and yes he took ages to pay. No communication from him so I had to open a dispute. Only then did he paid.

Here is the best bit ... once he received the item, he wanted to add parts to it and found them on ebay so he wanted me to refund him some money to cover the costs of the parts he wanted!!!

When I naturally refused he sumitted negative feedback against me.

He is not on my Christmas card list!!!
