Blood for the Baron!

I not sure about th idea myself..I kinda like freindly non competitive feel of the forum, if we did have a comp' every month it'd have to be judged on many critria such as originality of idea & quality of the finished product.
I enjoy veiwing other peoples creations here..if a comp' encourages more people to enter & produce customs then great bring it on, I just hope it wouldn't have the opposite effect, stopping anyone showing their creations 'cause they feel it wont be of a good enough standard to enter in competition, or stiffel peoples creativity in any way because "This months theme is..", rather than making something they want too .

Still thats just in my opinion.

just because there is a comp, even if it has a theme, doesnt mean people only have to make customs to enter, i wouldnt dream of only making customs to enter into a contest! maybe there shouldnt be a theme.

As an irregular thing it will be fine but not as a constant thing otherwise we would be just like joecustoms.com. I agree don't have an overall theme we don't all have the same resources for a start

What's all this "oh, we'll get The Baron to do that..." and "hmph, The Baron was supposed to have done this..." malarkey? Eh?

The archive will be updated before the end of the month. I really don't fancy ploughing through the archives but if people want to organise a poll or two, I'm happy to have a "Custom of the Month" gallery in the main site.

actually, this forum is pretty small so everyone knows who works on what so lets just post sh*t under our names then have a poll @ the end of the month!

sounds good, are figure or vehicles ok? or just one type per month?

im thinking either keep it mixed, or have both? one for vehicles, one for figs?
i was thinking seperate, + maybe palitoy, arah & 25th catagories, but there arent really enough of us!
how about everyone can enter 1 figure & 1 vehicle, but we have just 1st place, 2nd place & 3rd place & keep it mixed? as in just vote for your favorite whatever it is, vehicle or fig? cut off point would be sat 25th & then the voting starts, whoever is in the lead by the 1st of august wins......... ?

is there going to be a theme ie shadows, z force etc??
