It's all in the DPI, Andy, Make it 300 resolution minimum and then reduce the picture size (Image Size in Photoshop).

Very cool indeed, how long did it take to remove the faceplate & fit a head? I'd never have the skill to make one myself,
any chance of a scale Bulletman, Intruder or Tom Stone figure from anyone?

Cheers Eddie, it takes about half an hour to file out the faceplate. the first one I did for my Space force trooper took longer because I was dremmeling the inside of the helmet to fit the head.
Second time around I have learned that it is easier to shave a bit of the back of the head !

A 3 3/4" Intruder figure would be fantastic ! wouldnt have a clue where to start tho ... ???

I was never a Bulletman fan ( although I did have the Action Man) not sure where he would fit in to Action Force ?

Tom Stone would probably be the more straight forward one to do ....

Yeah, its often the case aint it?..you spend ages trying to be clever when trying out something new & totaly over look the easy way of doing things..still it makes life fun.

Tom Stone sort of looks like a prototype , only without the 'tash..Bulletman wouldn't fit into , unless.. he was some sort of robot super soldier invented by .. ?.as a anwser to & ?
Playmobile knights helmets always reminded me of Bulletman, you know that sort of pointy shape had the same lines?

I know what you mean, I dont think Bulletman really fit into the Action Man range either !

I think the Action Man ROM (space knight) may be a better idea ?

Bulletman, the Intruder & Co never sat well with me as part of Actionman either Andy..Gorgon was one of my fave toys as a kid but I never played with him & my Actionman, he didn't seem the right size..
Tom Stone worked well as part of the team, but I've never owned one,or ROM for that matter..but ROM does look cool to me in a retro sort of a way, do you think he'd fit into in any way? even if not a 3 1/2" figure of him would be nice to see.

The only place he would "fit" would probably be lurking in the background of the Space force HQ.

Gorgon is one I never had, it seems so out of place but if I remember rightly it had Flashy lights for eyes ?

I may do a few more Troopers when I get my hands on a few more space patrollers.
I also think they need some sort of Spaceship ..... something piratey ? no idea what yet tho ....

There is loads of Action Man stuff I would like to bring down to Action Force size, but most of the stuff I want to create is not as easy as I would like it to be !
