As Graeme just reminded me,

Was the Boat Patrol released in a boxed version?

Hello all,

First post on this board. Sorry if any of these questions are too easy!

To what extent was Action Force's creation down to the success of the star wars toys?

The Red Shadow is a very iconic design - what were the influences? Were the Nazi/ SS uniforms an overt influence?

How was it that some of Hasbro's GI Joe figures were incorporated into the line? Why were the figures often different - different names/ repaints to the American line?

If the line had continued, what sort of direction would it have gone in?

What sort of relationship did the toy company have with the creators of the Battle Action Force comic? Was there a pressure to feature the latest figures, etc?

This guy is dynamite espically for an Action Man collector like myself.

So guys how about a book then, if you could get enough pre-orders it could cover the print cost, I for one would put my name down.

Bearing in mind that there is no Action Force book currently available it might make a few quid as well, especially in the US.

Just to see all the concepts and prototypes would be worth the price alone
