Look at the arms on the yojoe steeler and they are a dead match, lighter green on the bottom with dark on top so think the arms are US along with the torso... The light green at the bottom could be something else, if it was that faded then there would be a lot of paint wear on the gun strap, also the shirt nit near the neck has the same look...

I think that could be it ! does he have a trace of gold around his upper arms ? never noticed that before !

Seems to be a bit of brown"sheen" on his shirt, you know like the gold trim on the Bespin guards when it oxidis..oxidisesess..oxo'.., Oh you know what I mean!
