First off - in a vaguely AF related comment - I've just noticed the picture on Jonesy's ATC box - doesn't it look like the rocket turret is superimposed on? It's a different green.

Secondly, it was a lovely thread wasn't it - bouncing along with wisedom and insite, although i did do my best to make it very random already by the bottom of page 1, by referencing Umbongo and dipping Zartan.

Now I got that out of the way - it was soooooo not my fault. Well, not all my fault. Okay, maybe 51% my fault. In my defence I'd been drinking coffee and eating sugary sweets, so shouldn't have been let loose on the Forum on a Friday afternoon.

Still makes me chuckle now though!

That's not quite right, he's ignored every communication. He may well be a lurker. I happen to think his ebaying is selfish and has single-handedly raised the price of AF across the board. I hope he disappears soon.

Well said gaffer. Each to their own as well but it's just daft you could almost buy a car for the amount he has spent on Shads!

This Johnigoe guy may be just a real fan of 's who's got more spare cash to spend on them than most of us..It's a shame that he's pushing prices up for the rest of us though... or is he a toy dealer trying to corner the market ? If he is, he's acting just like them speculators who pushed oil prices through the roof last year. If we wait long enough he may have to dump his stock on the market @ stupidly low prices this time next year
