Yes I think you are right, at first I thought it was snapped off at the wrist !

I've seen Lowlight go for between $4 and $40. There's no way to tell if his Euro or not till you look up his date. China = UK, Hong Kong = US and rest of world.

He is a very cool figure tho. My V1 guy hangs with the SAS chaps.
