Yeah, these are weird ones. They are all of the 2nd wave GI Joe repaints, which were released with vehicles and no figure accessories, repackaged as bubbles with their GI Joe counterpart accessories. They've been a source of debate for a while now. I've not seen :quarrel: :steeler: :stalker: or :laser: in this format.

I have a Jammer in similar packaging.

the package has been split in the corner, but I cant get the figure out without splitting it more.

Perhaps grave robbers have been in and pinched his rifle ?

Have others been found with the accessories like above then?

I do know that my Panther Stalker came with an uzi and the satchel, as I treasured that uzi as it was way cooler than any other weapon.

Dave, good call! Looks like wave 1 were released in matching bubbles, note those are wave 2 windowless boxes.
