So far as I know I'm the only bloody collector in Aussie. So this one and lonely Shad down here is VERY rare Zakkfan ;)

Not all Shadowtraks had Red Vulture, some had regular Shads Paul. Just wondering if that was a particular vintage or just a she'll be right mate approach and thrown in whenever Palitoy felt like it?

Were the slant eyes shads later or earlier? How long were they in production? etc, etc...

I'll resist the temptation to point out its a Helmet Steve. Doh ;)

I'd be very worried - sometimes it's more cross wired in here I think...

With absolutely no apologies for bumping an old thread I just got a package at work with two minesweepers I've just bought, one of which is the short boots variant.

Not only has he got short boots and a different helmet, but he's also a slight bit smaller than the standard Minesweeper.

I've taken some photos but can't upload them yet, so will stick pics on later.

In the meantime please feel free to drag the thread down to gutter level with talk of a "couple of extra millimeters on the helmet making all the difference" etc

Green ones at that. And he's less than four inches.

How would you know Steve is less than 4 inches?

Not just touching them Dave - taking photos of them. Side by side for comparison. Going to try to get at least three of them together together tonight to give them a thorough inspection.

(incidentally - whilst looking for a nice picture of FInbar Saunders from Viz to post in here I found this:-

I'm not sure if it's intended to be as funny as it is).

Incidentally, not one picture of Finbar. I'll have to scan one tonight.
