gotta be scarlet...... anyways quarrel is just a repainted scarlet...........
scarlet was romantically linked to snake eyes back in the day, it's not just the new comics.

IDW seems to be hinting at a Scarlett/Duke relationship or at least an unrequited crush on behalf of Duke. I don't think they have determined the nature of Scarlett and Snake-Eyes relationship yet other than off-the book missions.
