Miliput is good stuff, I reccomend a few practice goes before you 'go for it' on the figure. It takes a little getting used to, and keep your hands slightly wet!

It puts me in mind of the SS or Shadow equivalent of the Crimson Guard. Another idea is maybe like Sharpe's Chosen Men one Rifleman per squad as they were historically in the Peninsular Wars.

That's probably what I was thinking of. In fact if they weren't so expensive they'd look good with a skull and crossbones on them.

Nothings too expensive to put the Shad logo on!!
