Of course... I KNEW it reminded me of summat. Good old 'City Of Domes', eh? Oooh, how I used to dream of being a sandman when I was a kid.

(nowadays, I just sneakily dream of Jenny 'Jessica6' Agutter aged 24.....)

Steve

wasnt she one of the railway children ??? ... the good looking one ?

Aye, she was that girl. Then again - she was SO much more than that in Logan's Run, as (ahem) these pictures attest to:

I've also gotta say that having been lucky enough to meet her a couple of times in the last 12 months, she's certainly looking good in person for someone the 'wrong' side of 50-odd.... and was the only 'celeb' I've been star struck with despite the work I do and the people I meet. Kinda embarrassing to admit that really but I expect I was thinking about these exact sort of images above when trying to talk to her about Chester City FC!
 :skip:

Anyhow back on topic, who's got some more lovely images of forgotten youthful multi functional play sets??? Please.....

Steve

By the sounds of it the word you're looking for it isn't "starstruck"...

I'm a big fan of Logan's Run, I guess that's why I spotted the similarity right away.

I was going through a Hell of a bad patch back in the late 1990's, I was borderline homeless and wound-up having to move back in with my parents. At the time, my Mum was obssessed with the tv show Friends. Not the best way to spend Friday nights, but I was broke!

Anyway, I remember the episode where Ross describes Logan's Run as "the sexiest movie EVER!"

There's a woman who sometimes appears on ebay selling Jenny Agutter Logan's Run costumes!
