Guys I seem to missing something, "green Major" keeps creeping up. Is this one of the comic book characters or a custom?

He's often referenced as being The Black Major prior to his conversion.

As kids, we always used him as Action Force's Commanding Officer. He was a goodie in our attic-playroom!
