Not sure got him in a collection of Q Force. Not very good on action force figures.The picture from the auction is gone. Am due to get figure this week and i can show you.In the collection there was

Sonar Officer with backpack and rifle
Aqua Trooper with backpack and flippers
Sea Skimmer with jet-ski and missiles
Dolphin with mask (only available with the Sealion vehicle)

Very much sounds like the early version of Dolphin - Q Force diver repainted slightly. Came with Sealion. Always a fave of mine as a lad, but not as rare as the later Grey jointed one.
