Not really sure of the type of paint. I picked it up in this condition, I`m even wondering if it
is an original jammer !

Andy, your figure is definately an original Jammer figure.
Your figure has black camo painted onto the green underlying plastic.
The Stalker figure has a kind of dark-brown camo painted onto the green plastic.
When you place the 2 figures side by side there are more differences than just the red beret.
Yours is definitely a Jammer, its just a shame he's got a lipstick problem....
