Thanks, jamarmiller, glad you mentioned this comic book. I too think other fans of Action Force/GI joe would love it too.

Hopefully the guys behind the Circle will get a chance to do another story arc, but I know comics don't get the sales they used to, it's hard to keep a comic going now, America's Elite is a prime example.

Yes I did like the brief appearance of the Action Force guys (and gal) in issue 30, I hoped they would appear alongside Big Ben in the fighting in Suffolk but Big BEn was supported by Joes rather than AF guys. Nice tribute though, even if it was only one panel.
my pleasure! I loved it and just had to share it . Im hoping for more as well too.

as for Big Ben, Ya I was hoping for that too, along with ACTION MAN, the only other brit that was there with Big Ben was Lt Stone from Sigma Six fame. It would have been the perfect time to show AF and Action Man again

I know had DDP been able to keep the license there would have been at least two more Special Missions that were related to all these other battles. One was the coffin, But Im sure one would have been in Europe and possibly feature a lot of our guys and gals from Action force

I try not to think of it LOL

any way back to the cirlce !

its a great book!

Yeah sadly I think it was meant to be the GI Joe Light Infantryman codenamed Hit N Run.

LOL they also portrayed Big Ben with a mockney accent despite his file card having him from Hereford "drink up thy cider!"

Wow didn't realise Lt Stone was a Brit too, I'd seen pics of him from Sigma 6 but had no idea he was from old Blighty.

I do remember as a kid I had a black Action Man from Palitoy who was called Tom Stone.

Yes the Circle is great, I'm a convert.

Any idea when the fifth and final issue is due to be released?

issue 5 is suppose to come out this month , so not too long hopefully.

Im really hoping this series continues, there isnt enough books out there like this.

I only read GI JOE Kabuki ( when it comes out ) and the main SHI comics line ( only comes out with a new story every 3 years or so )

I never was into the mutants superheroes demon monster thing,

So I like the comic medium, just dont usually find something like GI JOE and this was just what I like to read and look for.

Now got and read issue #5.

Great final issue, and even though they set-up what would have been the next story arc, the creators admit inside that there probalbley won't be another issue, which is a crying shame as it's a darn fine comic.

Sadly, jamarmiller, it seems to be only you and I who've read and enjoyed this comic. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I'm tempted to make custom version of Ilona and Ullee, then make a photo-novel diostory to continue their adventures.

Jamarmiller, I don't suppose in all your postings on other Joe sites whether you've come across any Circle customs?

Hey jamarmiller, you never posted what you thought of the final issue of The Circle

I keep meaning to go to my local comic book shop and check out if they're any other Joe-ish comics out there
