Mutons should never be underestimated. I grew up in NZ, do you know how many vinyl caped Jawa's had run through my fingers before I was 10?

Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

Hi there Cassa.
Mostly the Palitoy
era figures for myself as well as vintage Joe's that I like the designs of.
I don't do the mint & boxed stuff as it's out of my price range &, besides, I prefer to be able to play with my toys
.
Star Wars wise I've been collecting figures on & off since childhood. The original goal, which I achieved (apart from vinyl cape Jawa) sometime ago, was to have a complete set of loose vintage figures all in top notch condition... nowadays I occasionally buy the odd major variation figure.
Fortunately a combination of being an only child, the type of kid who looked after his toys & having parents that hoard absolutely everything paid off in the long run:

For the last 3 odd years, my folks house has had some high quality loft insulation

Nah mate, I ripped all my Toltoys stuff open between 1977 and 1985. I do have some Action Man kit though.
