Haha, yeah! Tbh I just sent it straight back but there was definitely some glue marks that had been wiped with maybe a finger!

Just a quick update, the seller has received the figures back and agrees with me about the condition, he says he's going to refund me but I noticed he's just re-listed it as new (with an honest description) I called eBay who just told me to escalate the case in a couple of days but its pretty cheeky as he's selling MY toy! I'm still trying to think up the best negative feedback comment!

Iam sure that would be just fine ebay is very lax as long as they are getting fees all is fair game
