In general, there are two versions of the Series 3 cards with regards to the name panel. The early UK versions only have English language in an enlarged text where as the European versions (different languages aside) are not in English language in a smaller text. My experience is that the UK version of Mutt came with everything as per the US version but the European versions are often missing accessories.
The UK versions are incredibly rare. If you look at Roboskull's lovely Series 3 collection you'll see the difference between the two Cardbacks. The bio is also not in English language on the European Cardbacks. What makes the UK Bios hard to find loose in good condition is 90% of the time the bubble has been attached over the bio and as a consequence ripped off!
