Finally got a copy, worth the wait, great footage (from all sides, including the Stasi archives), good interviews with all sides, but .... could have been better.
Ken Connor giving everyone his usual lecture would added a bit more grit, it was a little too plummy at times.

Um, there is a torrent out there on the w3bz, but I started a protracted email conversation - in mauvais francais - with artline films, eventually they gallic-shrugged me the way to order a copy and then I got it about two weeks after they received payment. You can get it in English or French versions
"You veux achetez un DVD? Hein, soundz like a load ove oald crepe to me ... hahahaha, I am making zee joke." "Remember I said aied kill you larst? I lied."

"Mais oui monsieur, "artline" is an eengleesh name for a deep cover DGSE documentary making compagnie deep in gay peri, c'est normale, non? Oh zut alors zee phone rings...."
Also they wrote me a long lecture VIA EMAIL after they received payment
"Monsieur, you are cordially informed zat zees is not a blague, it is a dvd you will receive, it eez not to be copied or we send zee boyz round, it eez very suspicious you buy copies of a dvd from uz, non?"
Bloody frogs. I thought about mentioning the torrent to see how they'd react to the bleedin' obvious. And then I thought better of it.

If you ever get a DVD called "A Supersonic life" I'd sell a testicle for a copy.
