:eagle: "Back in our day such measures were outside the laws of war, Shad or no Shad we cannot become the very thing we seek to destroy old boy!"

Blah blah reload.

An Action Force - Reloaded would be a great idea, as long as the silly Shadows from the GI Joe comics aren't involved.

Would the story be immedietly after the Battle Action Force stories, a few years after, ignoring Cobra (especially Marvel) or set in nowadays?

Personally I'd like to see an Action Force - Reloaded set two or three years after the end of the Cobra run of stories in Battle Action Force.

Cobra Commander has recovered from his defeat, realised his mistakes, taken his silly silver face mask off, and donned his black Ironblood Guise again.

He could then intergrate the remnants of cobra into the Shadows, with a lot of arse kissing to the Black Major, maybe make him the Black Colonel, lol.

This would allow all the original characters to come back and not be really old.

Maybe someone could also give Q-Force a makeover, too.

I think the new story should follow directly as there was never an actual timeframe involved, the stories could easily be set today.

I personally loved the rebel Shadow element, and would love to see all-out war between Cobra and the Shadows. The Black Major refused to die for Palitoy and I love him for it. He was last seen being hunted by Storm Shadow... I am not in favour of reunification here, nor do I think is Destro.

Although a quick oneshot tale to wipe out these false Shadows wouldn't go amiss neither.

Baron, by false Shads u mean cobber-scum, ja? Oder nichts?

Reloaded could be set today without it being dated. The same aesthetic prevails in the trenches of various meta- and actual conflicts. Although I don't refer to the Grozny-redux that is Iraq, although elements of it are very relevant to the socio-political tensions in which the Baron mixed locally, regionally, internationally. But that would foist an all too knowingly post-modern "Reloaded" upon us, and that would never do. Nevertheless, overall, politico-military ironies abound, everything was presaged by the Shad-AF dialectic.

Which reminds me, I have some unfinished business on a yojoe type forum vis-a-vis AF verit?, but though I am in possession of some Duke-type muppetry-flix, fuggin SAS-SBS triumvarate public-access pics of actions-on at Sheberghan have been pulled of late and one would not want to post anything other than publicly-available material due to the tendency of various American cousins to go nucular at the touch of a remote-control button. The point is that toss-pottin bureaucrat SF of the Duke ilk were never an echo of the SAS-clarity original-AF aspired too.

Let's walk a Reloaded walk one of these days. The AF-walk of the AF-just.

Oh yeah, THAT!

Don't tell me their base is in Springfield or something.

Well, we can avoid said debacle with aplomb, it's our Shad vs AF birthright!

I would love to see a new ACTION FORCE COMIC of course but I do want it to follow DDPs current mainline comic.

I think if we could get one of the UK comic companies to reprint these BAF comics that we are doing in Color first would be a good step toward a new comic
