I have ended up with a lot of these, I think Chap Mei / Lanard, military figures and vehicles. Does anyone have a son (or daughter) that might like it as a present?
There are over 100 pieces here, including 30 figures and several vehicles. The bunker has battery operated guns which light up, move etc. The rotars on one of the helicopters are also battery operated and it makes a sound too. The remote control mini-tank also works (controlled by wheels underneath, rather than the tracks!)
I'd suggest you could use the jeeps and helicopters for custom vehicles, but to me they're not quite right for the job. That said, I think I'd have loved to play with all this as a kid.
Let me know if you are interested.
Anyone want this huge lot of Army stuff for their kids?

huge lot of Army stuff for the kids - £30 UK shipped
Well, I'd say this stuff is more for the kids, but certainly the jeeps and possibly the helicopters could be used for customs. They just don't do it for me as they are a bit of an odd scale although designed around 3 and 3/4" figures. Bits of the figures might be of use for customs.
I'm looking for £30 including shipping (to the UK) for the lot, which I think is a steal for a huge lot of very playable kids toys. As I said, I'd have loved these as a kid.
