Another homage to palitoy! My Blades from last year has two right hands!
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

I'd go with the boss's advice, personally.

The fact that the figure came in two parts raises my suspicions, was a broken O-ring present in the bag when you opened the parcel..or missing altogether?

I suppose the obvious 'comedy' answer to this problem is to try & find someone who has a Nat' with two right arms & do a swap...

I'm with the 'B' and Eddie - go in nice to start. My policy when buying duff goods used to be 'Take it on the chin it's not worth the hassle'. But since I restarted my Joe collection I've discovered the fine tradition of complaining. Every instance where I've voiced my displeasure to a seller over a high postage, bad condition etc...I've done it politely and got a positive result everytime.
If you get a negative reaction from him Hisstank admin will definitely want to know.

The o-ring doesn't appear to be broken at all; when I looked inside the torso you could see the o-ring still inside and wrapped round the post. It looks like it may have slipped off the t-bar in the post - never known that happen before, but it's possible I suppose. Haven't opened her up yet to see exactly what is going on.

I'm going to send him an email and see what happens.

any idea whose arms Natalie has ? If you have no luck with the seller im sure you could find the original figure and steal an arm :) ... I know she has Sonya Blades head, not sure where the rest of her bodyparts came from tho.

Just had a closer look and the o-ring is most definitely snapped as well.

Maybe contact the Club to see if they can help you. Sometimes they have extras.
