i think he's got a Cobra logo on his arm and that this should be in the customs section...

is it a WIP?

Looks good but definitely paint over any Cobra insignia. Any RoC figure I have used I have covered over both GI Joe and Cobra logos it's fairly easy to achieve.

yep i forgot to paint over the cobra logo. sorry guys, i had some trouble finding the customs section,
